As a home makeover junkie and real estate voyeur, I sometimes cruise online listings for homes and condos for sale. It’s fun to see what’s available around the country. But it’s even more fun to re-imagine some of these spaces.

3-Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom

This ranch home is located in Clifton, NJ and is currently listed at $379,000. The home definitely has good bones and was renovated in 2004. However, I feel it could benefit from a style update. Check out my virtual staging, all done with furniture and accessories from West Elm.

Modern Neutral

It’s fresh, it’s soothing and it showcases the big picture windows and fireplace. I swapped out the traditional pieces in favor of cleaner lines and more modern patterns. A white painted fireplace pops out from the warm gray wall and the whole room is tied together with a large textured rug. This is a living room to relax in.
